Goun Gomtang, a famous cold noodle restaurant in Daegu. The amount of meat in the gomtang was small compared to the price, but it was well seasoned and delicious. The problem is the naengmyeon, but the naengmyeon is pre-cut. It's a pity that you can't enjoy the taste of eating by pulling the long naengmyeon noodles. Second, the noodles feel a bit rough. This is probably a problem caused by increasing the buckwheat ratio, but the buckwheat flavor was quite strong. However, I couldn't help but feel disappointed with the texture of the noodles. The soup is smooth and seasoned well. The soup passed! Sprinkling a little vinegar on it adds more flavor.
