Gojyu JapaneGojyu is a tiny Japanese restaurant in Seoul, with only a handful of seats—at most six—and just one person handling the cooking. It’s an intimate, almost hidden-away kind of place, but the small size is part of its charm. The food is absolutely delicious. Each dish is prepared with great care, and everything is cooked to perfection. Despite the simplicity and limited seating, the quality of the food really stands out. You can tell that the focus here is entirely on making excellent food rather than creating a large or elaborate dining experience. If you enjoy intimate restaurants and appreciate Japanese food prepared with skill and attention to detail, Gojyu is definitely worth visiting. Just keep in mind that there are very few seats, so the experience is necessarily small and personal. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
