I wanted korean food in the area and was craving doenjang jiggae. Luckily found this store while walking around and on maps. The staff doesnt speak english so i just pointed what i want. I liked the soybean stew, it has clams as protein but i ordered grilled mackerel on the side too. it was a bit salty but pairs well with the rice and stew. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

this is one of my favorite local restaurant in Seoul. They served white rice with side dishes and every dish we ordered were so tasty i don't like fish at all but the fried fish they did was so delicious and i ate everything until the last bite Kimchi is too sour for me but i think that's how the local will eat. The spicy pork is so delicious although it's a bit spicy and all the kimchi are so fresh and delicious as well. I also asked the owner for a photo and he came into the photo with me. He was so friendly and young at his age. I love to try local restaurant like this, not so expensive but i can have the experience that i want. korean are so friendly and kind and this restaurant also won me a 5-star for the food amd hospitality. I recommend this restaurant to any travellers who want to have rare local experience in the heart of Seoul like me Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
