We got scammed here!! Tourists beware! We were charged 4x the price of a 2-person meal. We asked how it was so much and she wouldn’t show us the menu anymore and knew we didn’t speak Korean so we couldn’t argue with her. Don’t be fooled. Eat elsewhere. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It’s no wonder why this place was empty during prime dinner hours: it’s because GrandMa owner is a SCAMMER! Our group found out the hard way as an order of pork/squid and omelet to be split among four people morphed into 5–star restaurant prices when the bill came. We expected $22000 Wong with a Pork/squid dish listed at 15000 Wong and omelet at 7000 Wong. The dish was served with a flare with GrandMa putting on a show, apparently preparing us for the final surprise. When the price was announced, it was some how inflated to $71000 Wongs!!! Confused we asked how; then out came her magic calculator as she pressed buttons after buttons then waved the result to us. Unfortunately none of us spoke Korean so we just paid and left. Afterwards we sort of figured out that she charged each person for the pork/squid dish and also charged us extra for the rice (which no one else seems to). So beware of the “friendly” GrandMa and make sure you have someone who speaks Korean with you if you ever decide to venture in!
