2回目 再訪問。やっぱり美味しかった。冷麺のスープはここ以上に旨味を感じる場所はない。 今回も美味ごちそうさまでした。 1回目 完璧に英語が話せるおそらくマネージャーの様な店員さんがいて安心。オーダーもタブレット操作で簡単なのでありがたい。日本ではありえないボリュームのオックステールが入ったスープが濃厚だった。冷麺も出汁が最高に濃縮され透き通った味で永遠に食べていたい。デパートで疲れてもここで復活できる。お肉の盛り合わせは臭みがなく、サラダと一緒に食べるとさらに美味。. ミシュランということで期待していった 11時過ぎだったので思っていたより人がいなくてすぐはいれた。 味は見た目は日本の濃厚豚骨スープみたいや見た目 味は濃厚だが薄くて、塩と、胡椒をこのみでいれたらちょうどよくなりました 今までのんできたこむたんスープとは全く別物 美味しかったです スタッフも全員感じがよかった. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
