Staff told us to use the self-service machine, we proceed to take the order. The machine itself very confusing, most of the menu is english but some menu still in Korean. At the payment screen there id blinking Korean text (the menu is in english), used translation app to find out that their machine do not accept 'foreign' card (it's mastercard btw, ig their don't accept foreign banks). very disappointing. buying gong cha in my origin country is hassle-free and staffs are available to assist us Service: 2

The worst experience ever. They got us the wrong order and then they literally refused to add milk to my coffee. They were also very rude Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
