We had a booking for 5 people at 8.30pm, I’d paid 100,000 for a reservation. Traffic in Seoul is super unpredictable and a 20 minute journey took 70 minutes. We therefore arrived at 8.55pm - stressed and worried (we only booked here to accommodate our vegetarian friend). When we arrived the woman said the kitchen was closed and said I’d be charged in full and deposit wouldn’t be refunded. We were super upset - as the restaurant still had people eating and the chefs were still there in the kitchen looking at us blankly. There was no effort made to do something despite our stressful attempts to reach the restaurant on time. Super disappointing and won’t be returning or recommending. Service: 1 Price per person: ₩100,000+
