Baekban(home food) restaurant in front of Jeonju city hall. There used to be Jeollabukdo provincial office and Jeonju city hall next to this restaurant so thier major customers were those workers. Now provincial office has moved to western part of the city so there aren't many customers left. All dishes are Jeonju style and you can refill every dishes besides Jjigaes(stew). There are only one menu Baekban and it's 7000won for lunch. They accept credit cards(VISA, MASTER) but they don't want split purchase.
