Even though it is pork, the quality of the meat is quite high. I don't like pork to be undercooked, so I prefer to eat it deep-fried, but this place at Gwanghwamun Special Meat is a place that sears the outside and serves the primed special meat with all the juiciness and moisture on the inside. The soybean paste stew is delicious and the jjolmyeon is amazing. The inside of the store feels a little small, but it's pretty like a cafe, so I think it's a popular restaurant that even women who prefer Instagram-style food will fall in love with. The staff seemed to be foreigners, but they were friendly and friendly, so I think it was a pleasant meal.
