I recently had the signature Chirashi Don at Gwanghwamun Haemul, and the variety of fresh seafood was so impressive that it felt like a burst of ocean flavors in every bite. When I lightly drizzled the soy sauce and paired it with a bit of wasabi, it tasted remarkably like high-quality sushi, which made the meal feel very special. Each bowl is beautifully prepared, making it a very satisfying and refined dining experience. The lunch price is a bit on the higher side, in the mid-20,000 KRW range, but considering the quality of the ingredients and the polished atmosphere, it feels well worth the cost. It’s great that the wait times aren't as long as before and that they now accept reservations, allowing for a much more relaxed visit.
