영등포 구청역にあった店が移転して、합천に来た！ まだ行っていないが移転期間中に修行に出たとか,,, さらに「讃岐」の饂飩に近付いたそうである。 詳細は移転前のTIP参照下さい。

This resturant has people queuing up for good reason. It is Michelin starred for a good reason. So simple elegant and fresh. The soup was delicious. The tempura was on point. The inari was delicious. Would def return and highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were here 15 minutes after they opened and another 15 minutes later the place was full. I understand why. The food was amazing and you could see them rolling and cutting the udon noodles fresh in the kitchen. They also have cold udon (soba style) options which were good. The broth was extremely tasty and I would come back anytime. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There were multiple vegetarian options available. Some of the tempura was also vegetarian.
