I happened to see Angel Sharing on the way and went in. It's a place frequented by volunteers and has been in business for 50 years. It was bustling with activity at lunchtime. I know how Chinese restaurants do business. The first thing that caught my eye was the radish kimchi, onions, and kimchi they serve. I ordered a set menu. The 25,000 won sweet and sour pork set includes jjambbong (spicy stir-fried noodles) and jjajangmyeon (noodles with black bean sauce). They also gave me free dumplings. The table was clean. Since everyone was in charge of the kitchen, delivery, and ordering, it wasn't chaotic. The jjambbong wasn't spicy and had plenty of ingredients. The jjajangmyeon also had a lot of ingredients. I was able to eat my fill. They gave me a generous portion of dumplings. I was seated, and they brought me fried dumplings first. The sweet and sour pork set also comes with fried dumplings. The taste wasn't anything special. The food didn't really have a kick. They make widely popular dishes with quality ingredients and excellent service. I was full. For those who eat small meals, the set menu is overwhelming. You'll end up with leftovers. The jjambbong comes in a generous portion.
