You can't beat the price for the chance to spend time with a good group of dogs, and a couple friendly raccoons.

Small but felt clean. Pets all started there as pups, most of them have grown. Non seem aggressive, and they advise against bringing small children/babies for risk of injury. If you ask nicely, they should be ok as long as you carry the child. Drinks are ok, very affordable. Your admission into the cafe is the drink you purchase, everyone in your party much purchase one.

Loved this place. There are 8 dogs and 1 raccoon that live here and are very well trained and well behaved. The raccoon even does tricks! Just about all the animals are less than 1 year old, so they have all been raised together with the raccoon and get along very well. All the animals were very clean and well cared for. One of the staff members speaks English. Drinks are W6,000-7,000. Located on the 4th floor. When you go in they ask you take off your shoes and provide flip-flops (I think because the dogs have an obsession with chewing shoelaces.) Also, empty your pockets completely because the raccoon will take things out of your pockets.
