The best sushi in Samduk-dong, and arguably in Daegu. Reservations required for both lunch and dinner — a small hurdle that signals exactly what kind of place this is. Seating wraps around the chef, omakase-style, which keeps the experience focused and personal. The kitchen delivers consistently — precise, clean, and never showy. What makes Gutto stand out is the value. Quality at this level rarely comes at this price point. Book ahead. It's worth the planning.
