The seafood is SO fresh you can really taste how high the quality is in every bite. We came for the mackerel and unfortunately, they were sold out that night but everything else that we tried was beyond amazing! This place is also very foreigner friendly and you can tell how hard they try to communicate well with foreigners and they go above and beyond to ensure your experience is spectacular. 100% recommend to everyone! Holy! This place was the best thing that happened to us in Busan! What a hidden gem. Green Patch (그린파치) is an izakaya-style restaurant and bar that specializes in seafood, and everything we tried was phenomenal. The sashimi set was incredible. They age the raw fish, giving it an amazing depth of flavor. Every bite was perfection, especially when wrapped in kim (roasted seaweed) with aged green onion and a touch of wasabi. The seafood tomato nabe was rich and comforting, packed with flavor and perfect alongside some sake or soju. The anago tempura was light, crispy, and melted in the mouth. The yuzu highball with tonic was so refreshing, and the Ikabu Junmai sake was clean and full of character. Everything from the food to the presentation to the cozy ambience was just spot on. I’d honestly come back to Busan just to have dinner here again. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
