I ordered an espresso, but the cup came with coffee stains all over it. It seems like they don’t pay any attention to basic presentation or cleanliness. The coffee itself had a strong acidity, which wasn't bad, but the portion was noticeably smaller compared to other places. It honestly felt like a waste of money. The worst part was the food. We ordered an egg sandwich for 8,000 won, and not only did it taste bad, but my friend and I both got an upset stomach after sharing it. I seriously question what kind of ingredients they are using. The only positive thing about this place is the interior, which is nice and decent for having a conversation. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

안녕하세요. 먼저 방문하시어 불편을 드린 점 진심으로 사과드립니다. 에스프레소의 경우 바텀리스 포터필터를 사용하다 보니 추출 과정에서 에스프레소 튐이 발생할 수 있습니다. 다만 컵 외부 상태를 제공 전에 충분히 확인하지 못한 점은 저희의 관리 부족입니다. 앞으로는 제공 전 최종 점검을 더욱 철저히 하겠습니다. 에스프레소는 더블샷 27ml 기준으로 추출하며 바디와 농축에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 이 부분에서 양이 적게 느껴지셨을 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 또한 음식 섭취 후 불편함을 겪으셨다는 말씀은 매우 무겁게 받아들이고 있습니다. 저희는 모든 재료를 당일 준비하고 위생 기준을 철저히 지키고 있으나, 혹시라도 불편을 드렸다면 진심으로 사과드립니다. 매장으로 연락 주시면 결제하신 금액은 전액 환불해드리겠습니다. 다시 한 번 불편을 드려 죄송합니다.
