The abalone hot stone rice was delicious, but what really stood out to me were the seafood side dishes, especially the marinated ones. Adding them to the rice made it even better! The owner may seem a bit reserved at first, but she’s actually very warm and friendly. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We’re from Singapore and it is our first time visiting Jeju-do. We did some research before coming and found out about this restaurant, Geuyetmat. We enjoyed the food here so much, that we decided to visit this restaurant not just once but twice! They specialise in various dishes but we highly recommend the abalone stone pot rice. The flavour was absolutely amazing, it had a perfect balance of sweet, spicy and salty. The staff were also very kind and they taught us how to enjoy the meals the way the locals do! Definitely a meal we look forward to having again when we visit Jeju the next time!
