I visited Geumgang Banjeom on Suyeong-ro and had a really satisfying meal. It’s conveniently located right in front of the main gate of Pukyong National University, which makes it an easy stop if you’re in the area. I ordered the ganjjajang and sweet and sour pork, and both dishes were excellent. The ganjjajang had a rich, savory flavor with a nice balance of sweetness, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The sweet and sour pork was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a well-balanced sauce that wasn’t too overpowering. The portion sizes were generous, and everything felt freshly made.
