If I could rate it 0 stars, I absolutely would. Our family of five stopped by this restaurant to have dinner before heading home. There were long, empty tables clearly available, but they were being used by what appears the owner’s family and their kids, who were playing around and taking up space. We didn’t want to make a fuss and we did not mind at all so we quietly sat at two four-seat square tables right next to each other. Three of us (husband, wife, baby) sat at one, and the other two (the older daughters) at the other. It was a simple setup that made sense for a family of five. Then an older woman, who looked like the owner or staff, walked up to us and immediately questioned why we were using two tables. No greeting. No politeness. She told us, “Just leave the baby at the other table,” like a baby is supposed to sit alone? That was her first interaction with us no smile, no service, just attitude. We ignored it at first and continued quietly talking to each other in our language, trying to decide what to eat. Then, out of nowhere, she snapped again and told us, “Just say it to me.” We weren’t even talking to her or about her. She was acting impatient and annoyed like our presence alone was a problem. Trying to be fair, the husband offered to order two full sets of samgyeopsal since we were using two tables. That’s more than enough. But instead of appreciating that, she straight up told us, “No, you can’t do that. You can only use one table.” Meanwhile, her own family and their kids were still spread out at the longer tables, comfortably taking up space with no issue. But we, apparently had to squeeze ourselves into one small table or leave. At this point, the atmosphere was already ruined. It was clear she didn’t want us there. One of us quietly said to the others, “Should we just go somewhere else?” The woman must’ve overheard because she instantly snapped, “Oh, leave? Okay, go ahead and leave. Find another place to eat.” That was the final straw. We weren’t rude. We didn’t raise our voices. We didn’t complain. We were just a normal family trying to have dinner, and this woman made sure we felt completely unwelcome. It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and honestly just shocking. She didn’t care about service. She didn’t care about decency. It was like we were a bother to her just for walking in. I’ve never left a review like this before, but people need to know. If you’re a family, a foreigner, or just someone expecting basic human respect, do not go here. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
