This rest area boasts a stunning view. The building, shaped like a large ship, was once the "Jeotgal Exhibition Hall." Take the elevator to the third floor and you'll find a coffee shop with a stunning view. Order a drink there and then ascend the revolving staircase to a wheelhouse-style observation deck. You can also venture out to the upper deck to climb even higher. We recommend the strawberry yogurt, jujube tea, and injeolmi patbingsu (shaved ice with red bean paste).
