A solid spot to try cold noodles in Seoul. I’m no expert on naengmyeon, but the noodles here had a nice springy bite and the gochujang-based sauce was flavorful without being overly spicy. The only part I didn’t enjoy was the dry beef topping — it felt a bit out of place. The mandu were huge, though the dough-to-filling ratio wasn’t quite right for my taste. Service was very warm and welcoming, which added to the experience. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to try cold noodles. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
