We had such a wonderful experience at Tilted Earthenware Pot Cheongju University Branch and truly feel it deserves much more recognition. We ordered the bundle of three pancakes: Kimchi Pancake, Shrimp and Chives Pancake, and Potato Pancake. Every single one was perfectly crispy and incredibly delicious. Each had its own distinct flavour and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The pork soup was light yet deeply comforting, generously filled with ingredients and well balanced in flavour. We also appreciated the free flow rice, and the bean sprout banchan was our absolute favourite. It was simple, fresh, and addictive. We visited with our baby, and they were so warm and friendly towards him. They made us feel completely comfortable dining there, and our baby loved them too. The owner was exceptionally friendly and generous, even though we could not speak Korean. The warm hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable. This restaurant feels very underrated and truly deserves more attention. We will definitely return if we are back in Cheongju.
