I have been going to this restaurant for a long time since 2014, but there is no answer. To answer the question of unfriendliness, the owner has a hard time hearing. So he raises his voice loudly. If you didn't know this, you might feel uncomfortable or angry... but keep this in mind and if you ask your boss something and there's no answer, boss! If you say it clearly and loudly, they will listen right away^^
