꼬지사께의 시그니처는 꼬지가 분명할텐데 굽는 꼬지 정말 기대 이하. 굽는게 아니라 전자렌지에서 돌린 듯했고 두터운 양념으로 가려진 맛이라 투다리 꼬지보다 못했음. 돈꼬츠 오뎅탕은 굽는꼬지보단 국물이 있어 그나마 먹을만은 하지만 육수 및 어묵 모두 반조리 상태의 것을 그냥 끓여만 낸 듯. 화장실은 여자, 남자 공용화장실로 변기덮개 없음. 덮개가 없으면 용무를 보고 물을 내리면 비말이 되어 화장실 안에 다 내려 앉음. 정말 찝찝. 두번은 못 감.

overall feel - This is an izakaya-style bar that sells a variety of snacks. - It's more luxurious than Tudari, but it's a bar with a more affordable feel than regular izakaya. price range - As mentioned earlier, the price is about 1.3 to 1.5 times higher than regular pubs, but it is not that expensive. Scale - The scale of the store is not that wide, but there are still quite a few tables. taste - The taste is terrible. Of course, it depends on the side dish, but I ordered assorted fried skewers (18,000 won) and tonkotsu oden soup (23,000 won). - Assorted tempura skewers are fried and the contents are separated, and the oil is smeared. What it feels like, when the temperature of the oil doesn't come up enough, it's like coating the contents in batter and frying them. - Tonkotsu Oden-tang has the concept of oden-tang in beef bone broth, but it has oden in white broth. However, the beef bone broth doesn't taste like beef bone, nor does it taste like oden soup, so it's a really strong soup. And compared to the price, there wasn't a lot of oden. - It would be difficult to judge only 2 dishes, but even though it was a chain restaurant, the taste was not good. (If only it tasted like MSG...)
