めちゃくちゃ並ぶので友人に予約してもらいました！ モクサル(豚肩ロース)がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです サムギョプサルなのに全然脂っぽくなく、豚の甘みがあり思った以上にたくさん食べれました！！ そして必ず出汁の聞いたごはんを頼んでください！これがめちゃくちゃ美味しくてモクサルに合います！出汁ごはんに大根の甘酢漬け、モクサル、わさびをのせて食べるのが美味しくてハマりました！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our first visit to Kkubdang Sinsa on 2 July 2026 turned out to be one of the highlights of our Seoul trip. We arrived at around 5pm without a reservation and, fortunately, because we came before the dinner crowd, we were able to get a table. Looking back, I am really glad we made the trip despite the rainy weather. The staff who attended to us were excellent, especially the gentleman who expertly grilled the pork for us. His attention and care elevated the entire dining experience. The food was genuinely impressive. The pork was fresh, generously thick-cut and paired perfectly with the side dishes and sauces provided. Combined with the lively atmosphere and authentic Korean BBQ vibes, it was easy to see why this place is so popular. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we ended up ordering a second round of pork. When it was time to settle the bill, we were attended to by someone whom I believe was either the manager or the owner. He was warm, friendly and constantly smiling. More importantly, he led by example and showed his staff that working in a popular restaurant does not mean being arrogant or unapproachable. Sadly, during our 6-day stay in Seoul, we encountered quite a number of retail and restaurant staff elsewhere who seemed to believe that popularity justified poor attitudes towards customers. Kkubdang Sinsa was the complete opposite. Despite the busy environment, the team remained welcoming, professional and approachable throughout our visit. Great food, great service and great atmosphere — a combination that is becoming increasingly rare these days. We will definitely be returning during our annual visit to Seoul next year.
