부모님과 여행왔는데 너무 별로네요 사전에 반려견 동반 여부를 전 화로 확인했는데 불가하다고 하여, 근처 강아지호텔에 맡기고 방문 했습니다. 그러나, 밥을 먹으러 갔더니 강아지와 함께 식사하는 팀이 두팀이나 있더군요. 여쭤보니 바쁘지 않은 때라서 예외적으로 받아주셨다고 하는데, 규 정을 정하셨으면 예외를 두지 않으셔야 한다고 생각합니다. 여했왔 는데 강아지호텔까지 왕복 한시간 시간투자 돈투자해서 규정을 지킨 사람은 뭐가 되나요 어이가 없었고 기분이 매우 나빴습니다. 이왕 온거 기분 나빠하지 말고 맛있게 먹고가자해서 먹었는데 사장 님께서 규정을 정하셨으면 동일하게 적용하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 음식은 먹을만 한데 찾아가서 먹을정도는 아닌거 같아 무난하네요. Disappointed by Inconsistent Pet Policy. I recently visited this place with my parents, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Before our visit, I called in advance to ask whether dogs were allowed, and I was clearly told that pets were not permitted. Respecting that policy, we made arrangements to leave our dog at a nearby pet hotel, which took both time (an hour round trip) and additional cost. However, when we arrived and went in to dine, we were surprised to see two different groups dining with their dogs inside the restaurant. When I asked about this, I was told that exceptions were made because it wasn’t a busy time. Honestly, if you have a policy, it should be applied equally to everyone. What’s the point of setting a rule if some guests are allowed to bypass it? We followed the rules and were penalized for it, while others who didn’t received preferential treatment. It felt unfair and left us feeling very frustrated. We decided to stay and eat, trying not to let it ruin our day, and the food itself was fine. However, I would strongly urge the owner and management to enforce policies consistently. Guests deserve to be treated equally. The food was okay, but nothing special. The food was decent and acceptable, but honestly, not something I would go out of my way to have again. Overall, it was just average. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩100,000+
