Charcoal-grilled hamburg steak with a nice smoky flavor. Various sauces and rice pair well with the meat. Udon dishes are light and perfect to finish the meal. 炭火で焼いたハンバーグは香ばしさが印象的でした。 ソースの種類が多く、ご飯との相性も良いです。 うどんでさっぱり締められるのも魅力です。 炭火现烤的汉堡排香气十足，口感很好。 酱料选择多，搭配米饭很合适。 乌冬面清爽，作为收尾很不错。 숯불에 구워 불향이 살아 있는 함박이 매력적이에요. 소스 종류가 다양해 골라 먹는 재미가 있고, 우동으로 마무리하기 좋아요. Narae Hambak is a Japanese-style restaurant specializing in charcoal-grilled hamburg steaks. Situated only a 5-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station (Exit 3), it offers counter seating where you can observe the chefs grilling your meat. The menu includes customizable patties with options like beef, lamb, and chicken, as well as bottomless rice, offering a distinctive dining experience. The cozy atmosphere makes it ideal for solo visits or dates. We ordered set menus, and overall, the hamburg steaks were juicy and unique, as the chef prepared and grilled them in front of us. The side dishes were good, and we appreciated that they could be refilled. However, the noodle soups that came with the set were mediocre, lacking flavor and not standing out. Additionally, the staff asked us to crack the egg and mix it with rice and soy sauce to enhance the dish, but we didn't find anything particularly special about this. What a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and their service excellent. Food was also wonderful, including the sauces that came accompanied with our mains. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
