Wooden Chopsticks is a hidden gem that food lovers absolutely must visit. This cozy, family-run restaurant serves up some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had in a long time. The first time I visited this restaurant was during my trip to South Korea in February, and it left such a lasting impression that I made sure to return on this trip. Their signature noodle dish is nothing short of spectacular. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chew, and come coated in an incredibly flavorful sauce—a perfect balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet. It’s a dish I still think about months later. To make it even better, the noodles come with a side of BBQ pork belly that’s absolutely divine. The pork is tender, smoky, and beautifully caramelized, with a hint of sweetness that makes each bite irresistible. Together, the noodles and pork belly create a meal that’s comforting, satisfying, and unforgettable. What makes Wooden Chopsticks truly special, though, is the couple who own and run it. They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating every guest like family. It’s clear how much pride and effort they put into every detail, from the food to the service.
