Honestly, I don’t understand why this place is so popular. Beyond the food itself, the hygiene and service were disappointing enough that I wouldn’t want to visit again. At one point, an employee accidentally splashed hot broth on me while serving, yet there was no apology and not even a simple check to see if I was okay. The staff’s attitude was also uncomfortable. They spoke to customers in a rude, overly casual manner and often sounded dismissive. What stood out the most was when an elderly customer said the sauce was too spicy for them, and a staff member responded with something along the lines of, “Then don’t ask for it.” It was embarrassing and uncomfortable even for those of us nearby who overheard the exchange. The hygiene standards were also concerning. Seeing hands come into contact with the broth and hot water being handled with a plastic scoop made me question how seriously cleanliness is taken here. Considering the prices are far from cheap, the level of service and hygiene was well below expectations. Personally, I have no intention of returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone considering a visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
