Run by a husband-and-wife team, Nova Japanese Restaurant offers not only incredibly fresh tuna but also a memorable dining experience. The owner personally performs a tuna carving show, explaining the different cuts and serving them right in front of you. The portions are remarkably generous, and the quality remains excellent throughout the meal. From rich, buttery toro to a variety of fresh sashimi, you’ll leave completely satisfied. If you love tuna and want to enjoy it without holding back, Nova is hard to beat. Warm hospitality, abundant food, and a unique tuna-cutting performance make this one of Seoul’s best-kept local secrets.
