Inconsistent policy and aggressive staff. Not recommended for families. The last order hours are inconsistent, changing from 8:30 PM to 8:10 PM within an hour. Despite arriving with my 95-year-old grandmother, we were denied even a takeout order for being just 1 minute late. The staff’s behavior was particularly unprofessional; they followed us to our car and aggressively demanded we delete photos when we mentioned leaving a review. It seems the restaurant’s popularity has led to an arrogant attitude toward customers. If you are looking for basic hospitality, this is not the place for you. And DO NOT TRUST their reviews on naver. Attached are comments from locals on the youtube video on how they monitor and delete negative reviews. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
