Really good noodle soup. We tried other restaurants but this one is way better. The buckwheat noodles taste like 100% buckwheat without wheat flour. Potato ongsimee is deliciously chewy. The broth is not only potato starch.. there is something more than potato starch and it is very flavorful. We asked the owner once what they used for broth, we don’t remember the specific ingredients, but they were all plant-based. It sounded like almost every food they make was from scratch. Other dishes like dumplings are very yummy, too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Noodles are plant-based. (But please double check with the owner) Dumplings have meat.
