I booked Da Tim via Global Catch Table app for my wife’s birthday during our stay in Seoul—and it was one of the best meals of our trip. Recommended by a chef friend (who worked with Chef Tim at a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York), our expectations were high—and fully exceeded. We chose the tasting menu, featuring Italian classics with a refined Korean twist. Highlights included the local beef tartare, snow crab arancini, uni risotto with salmon caviar (absolutely outstanding), shrimp scampi with Jeju langoustine stock, and homemade pasta with white shrimp—each dish beautifully executed and full of flavor. Service was warm, polished, and perfectly paced. A truly memorable experience—highly recommended and definitely will return next time visit Seoul! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

had a great lunch of beef tartare and scampi pasta. the tartare especially was lick-the-plate-clean kinda good! flavours were so perfectly balanced/rounded and portion sizes just right, thought it was great value for the quality of the offering. chef Tim and the sous chef work a crazy pace - doing all the service/ordering/cleaning and even fielding phonecalls all while cooking, was exhausting just watching. friendly and very humble too, much respect. best of luck!!
