We ordered the Bulgogi beef salad, Bulgogi beef sandwich and Pistachio Almond shake. It is challenging to turn such simple ingredients into unforgettable food! The shop is small but cosy, clean and very welcoming. I see many solo diners. The chef makes everything with care, dedication and quality fresh ingredients. Everything was delicious because the ratio of carbs-protein-fats was so balanced. When you eat here, you feel like it is something made with love care and pride. Thank you, chef! For your commitment to making fast, fresh and fast food I enjoyed my sandwich from the first bite to the last crumb! The lettuce was crisp and crunchy, the tomato juicy, the raw onions just the right amount, the bulgogi beef was perfectly marinated and cooked so teenderly. The Pistachio almond shake taste so unique, clean and soul-comforting. Please add soup to your menu! Sandwich / salad with a soup would be so perfect I cannot wait to try your other menu items.
