Great spot in Anseong if you’re looking for a proper Korean “health food” meal. The eel is pre-grilled and then finished over charcoal right at your table by the staff, so you don’t have to worry about cooking it yourself. It comes out perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with a really nice smoky flavor. What really impressed me was how they suggest eating the leftovers. We added the remaining eel into the soft tofu stew (soondubu), and with rice it turned into a completely new dish. The richness of the eel blends into the soup and makes it deep, comforting, and super satisfying—honestly a hidden gem menu hack. Overall, great service, generous side dishes, and a very filling meal. Perfect for family dinners or when you want something nourishing and a bit special. Would definitely come back!
