This café is truly one of a kind along the Taehwa River. What sets it apart is the owner’s deep dedication to coffee. He doesn’t just sell beans—he carefully manages them and even took the time to explain how temperature, humidity, and other factors influence flavor. I also appreciated the personal touches, like the handwritten labels on each bag of beans and the calligraphy card that was tucked inside. That same card was even served with the coffee I ordered, making the experience feel special and intentional. The interior is thoughtfully curated. Every frame and piece of furniture seems to have been chosen with care, reflecting the owner’s personality and vision.
