The smoke from this restaurant is so severe that residents of the officetel and those in the surrounding buildings can't open their windows. The smoke is so severe that it's detrimental to their health and daily lives. Even when nearby residents try to open their windows for ventilation, the smoke from this restaurant makes them cough, making them unable to do so. Despite the difficulties caused by the smoke and the psychological toll it takes on their daily lives, this restaurant doesn't take any measures to address the smoke, forcing the neighbors to suffer the same torment.
