It took a long time for the food to come out. Hall staff very unfriendly. If you leave the table without setting it up, you will have to arrange it yourself. Is the eel on a diet or is it just... It came out after being primed, but both the seasoning and grilled salt were dry. It feels like reheating something that was stored in the refrigerator. I ordered young radish noodles, but they threw it away and spilled it on the bench chair and the customer's pants. They didn't even show 0.01% of an apologetic attitude and said they would give me wet wipes. Even though the pants are white, they spill red soup and act like it's no big deal. Instead of even cleaning the chair, he gave me wet wipes and left. I tried to make a fuss and just left. I really want to swear while writing this... I'm not asking for kindness, but I feel like I've given up on being human when people should have basic knowledge and morals.
