We visited around 8:00 PM. The staff were busy cleaning and attending to other customers, so no one greeted us at first, which was understandable. However, we were not even served plain water. When we asked for side dishes, a staff member told us to get them from the self-service bar. But when we went there, the bar was completely empty. We then asked another staff member at the counter, and were told to press the bell for service. The problem is, we did press the bell in the first place, and that was when the staff told us to get the food ourselves. It felt like the staff were passing responsibility to each other without actually helping us. Overall, the service attitude was very disappointing. I would not return again. I came here with my wife and both sets of parents for a late lunch after our original plans fell through. The dining room was totally empty when we arrived, so the service was incredibly fast. We sat at one of the dark wood tables with built-in grills, right across from some traditional wooden sliding doors that gave the place a nice, clean look. The food was genuinely delicious. The raw beef came out on a simple white plate, heavily marbled and served alongside a thick piece of king oyster mushroom for the grill. The manager was fantastic—super friendly and straightforward with his recommendations. At one point, we were debating whether to order a specific cut, and he actually brought out a complimentary taste so all six of us could try a piece before committing to a full order. We also got a bubbling black stone pot of soybean paste stew packed with tofu and veggies that really hit the spot. On the downside, the floor was noticeably slippery when walking to the table. Also, the spicy cold noodles we ordered at the end looked great topped with red sauce, sesame seeds, and half a boiled egg, but the flavor was honestly just okay compared to how incredible the meat was. Overall though, a very solid meal with excellent service. Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
