If you ever visit Yeoju, this 50years old ox head soup(소머리국밥) restaurant is an absolute must. Originally located in Yeoju Market, it has now moved near the Yeoju Premium Outlets, the perfect place to stop by after shopping. The soup has a beautifully clean rich flavor, and the spicy dadaegi (chili paste) adds the perfect balance of heat and depth. After finishing the bowl, I felt completely refreshed, like my body and mind had been reset. What surprised me even more was the service! Orders are placed through a tablet, and a cute little robot delivers the food right to your table. It’s amazing to see such modern technology in a countryside setting, blending tradition and innovation so seamlessly. A warm, comforting meal with a touch of the future! definitely worth visiting when you’re in Yeoju. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
