I travel to Korea every year, and one of my favorite things to do is explore local restaurants. I especially love fresh raw fish—particularly freshwater carp (hyang-eo). Maybe it's because I have fond childhood memories of eating carp with my whole family at the dam. In any case, I love it so much that I’ve traveled all over the country in search of good hyang-eo. Among all the places I’ve tried, this restaurant stands out as the best in my opinion—it's the freshest, the portions are generous, and even the side dishes are delicious. Highly recommended!
