더블유함바그는 서면역 8번출구와 부전역 2번출구 사이에 위치하고 있는 1인 수제함바스테이크 전문점입니다. 매장규모는 8명이 이용이 가능한 아담한 사이즈이며, 바테이블로 구성되어 있습니다. 매장이 협소해 소란방지를 위해 노키존으로 중학생이상 이용이 가능합니다. 매장 내 컨디션은 우수하며 사장님 정말 친절하십니다. 대표적인 메뉴로 오리지날 데미 함바그(14,000원)과 숙성크림카레함바그(14,000원)이 있습니다. 일본에서 먹는 함바그 보다 퀄리티가 전혀 떨어지지않는 훌륭한 맛입니다. 또한 수제 새우 고로케는 새우가 듬뿍 들어가있으며 씹는 맛이 일품입니다. 인근에 방문하신다면 꼭 한번 이용해 보시길 추천드립니다. Simply the best hamburg steak you can find in Busan. If you are looking for a juicy ball of meat with a very well balanced taste, this is the place for you. Trust me, I ate here over 10 times and this is one of few restaurants I bring guests from outside of Korea. It feels very lucky to have a food like this with a reasonable price. This place deserves more customers. The location is kinda hidden. The photo and video I just uploaded is the aged cream curry hamburg. (3rd one on the menu) The restaurant is pretty small so you can make a call and ask him about the date, time, and number of ppl in your party if you want to make a reservation. He said he can speak a very simple English. If you can use the app "Catchtable", just search 더블유함바그 and make a reservation there. There are three menus: 1. Original demi glace sauce hamburg (my recommendation if you are here for the first time.) Closest to the original style. Juicy meat, fried crispy vegitables and flavorful mushrooms in the sauce are making a good harmony with a perfectly balanced 72 hours aged sauce. The sauce itself has a deep taste, too. It comes with a sunny side up egg. 2. Cream pepper spaghetti. This one is good if you don't want the rice as your meal. The sauce is pretty thick and it is very mildly spicy to get rid of the oily taste of the cream. 3. Aged cream curry hamburg (video I shared, my recommendation if you don't like mushrooms or fried crispy vegetables) My foreigner friends loved this dish. The curry has a nice deep taste with a creamy texture. It works really well with the hamburg steak on the top. I also liked the side dish: shrimp croquettes. The shrimp is very fresh and juicy. Near Jeonpo and Seomyeon and just next of the NC department store after shopping this restraint is best place have original style of demiglace hamburg steak. Chef is kind and nice person. And sauce is amazing Also provide free wifi(you can get it when you take photo of tissue box qr code) during waiting your hambuge steak(it took 15m) is good to wait. And also they give epitizer (cute yogurt) If you want more rice they provide free And combine desserts this price is amaze Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
