Double T Dining is a modern French wine dining restaurant in Chodang-dong, Gangneung, serving seasonal 10-course (KRW 200,000) and 7-course (KRW 130,000) menus since September 2026. Prices are per person, with wine pairings charged separately. Owner & Sommelier Yoo-Seok, Oh and Head Chef Hee-Chul “Marco” Lee personally oversee food and wine service. Chef Lee previously served as Executive Sous Chef at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe. Wine pairings are available in 3-, 4- and 6-glass formats. The restaurant received a Bronze Star for Best Medium-Sized List at the 2026 Star Wine List of the Year International Open and a 2026 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Korean and English menus and English service are available. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 17:30 to 22:00, with last orders at 13:30 and 20:00 respectively. Closing days may vary; please check available dates on Catchtable or Catchtable Global. Private-room reservations require direct contact.

Surely a candidate for best fine dining restaurant in Gangneung. The kind and generous owner is a self-taught, exceptionally knowledgeable somelier who has curated an astonishing wine list, spread over two hefty tomes and with a matching selection of hundreds of whiskys. Whoever is running the kitchen is also playing a blinder... innovative, creative and tasty. If you're a foodie, you need to go... it's up there with the best that Seoul has to offer and shouldn't be long before it's raising interest with the folks over at Michelin.
