지난달 가족들과 한국 방문 중 안산에 있는 The 소갈비살을 방문했는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었어요! 고기 질이 정말 좋아서 갈비살 특유의 부드럽고 쫄깃한 식감이 좋았습니다. 숫불에 직접 고기를 구워먹는 곳인데 숫이 좋아서 그런지 구워진 고기의 맛은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 다만 양념 갈비는 조금 먹으면 금방 질기는 양념이라 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 반찬도 신선하고 다양해서 밥과 함께 먹기 좋았고, 식당 분위기도 깔끔하고 가족 단위로 방문하기에 딱 좋은 느낌이었습니다. 다만, 바쁜 시간대에는 좌석간 자리가 너무 좁아서 식사를 하는데 약간 불편합니다. 그래도 맛과 서비스가 좋아서 전주 여행 중 고기집을 찾는다면 추천하고 싶습니다. Last month, during a family trip to Korea, we visited The Sogalbisal in Ansan, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience! The quality of the meat was excellent, with the galbisal offering a tender and chewy texture that was delightful. It’s a place where you grill the meat over charcoal, and perhaps because of the high-quality charcoal, the grilled meat tasted truly fantastic. However, the marinated galbi got a bit overwhelming after a few bites due to the heavy seasoning, which was slightly disappointing. The side dishes were fresh and varied, making them perfect to enjoy with rice, and the restaurant’s atmosphere was clean and ideal for family visits. That said, during busy times, the seating felt a bit cramped, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. Still, the great taste and service make this a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for a good meat restaurant during a Jeonju trip.
