We ordered 3 large pho with brisk and flank, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice First off, it smelled like sewers. Not sure where it was coming from, but the smell was fairly strong. We sat down anyways because it was raining and the kids were hungry. Pad Thai was way off. Tasted like sweet and sour noodles. No balance between sweet and sour. Fried rice was decent. The pho was all wrong. The broth was warm, but not hot. There were a few slices of meat, and a ton of noodles that were not fully cooked. Unfortunately, my broken Korean was insufficient to explain this to the staff. I felt bad for our server, so we just enjoyed the company and then got some street food afterwards. I don't think they know much about Vietnamese or South East Asian cuisine.

The interior of The Pho is nice enough and the staff, some of whom speak a little English, are helpful. What let this place down was, well, The Pho. It was just some noodles, beef and bean sprouts in broth. No chilli. No mint. No spice.
