26.08.08(토) 작은 매장에서 판매되는 빵 종류가 단촐해서 오히려 좋았습니다.이것저것 많은 종류를 판매하기보다는 잘하는 빵에 집중하는 느낌이라 컨셉도 확실하고 믿음이 가네요. 오픈 주방에서 빵을 직접 구워내는 모습도 인상적임.몇 가지 골라서 먹어봤는데 레몬의 상큼함이 은은하게 느껴지는 흑임자 마들렌, 초코 청크가 듬뿍 들어간 스콘, 짭조름한 소금빵에 부드러운 에그마요가 잘 어울리는 소금빵까지 전부 맛있었습니다. 하나같이 과하게 달거나 자극적이지 않고 재료의 맛이 잘 살아있는 느낌.몇 개만 사 왔는데 먹다 보니 한번에 없어지는 매직. 수고하시구여. It's a tiny bakery selling various kinds of macaron, dacquoise, financier, cookies, madeleine, pound cake, brownie and scone. Price is very good for quality. No seating is available but only take away. Macaron fillings seemed to be too sweet but its coque was soft and slightly sweet with very good texture, better than macarons of most other macaron shops in Korea. It'd be much better if its fillings are less sweeter. Financier tasted very good with texture of a bit hard outside and soft inside. Scone with paste and butter tasted good but the butter inside was slightly greasy to me. Scone itself was very good. The staff or pastry chef was very friendly.
