We had a lovely experience visiting this ice cream shop. The owner is so sweet, and you can tell she loves what she does. We spent a while chatting and hearing about her background and education in France. All the flavors available are made with local Korean ingredients, which make them so special! I tried the rice flavor along with the tomato. Now I know what you’re thinking, but a tomato is a fruit, and this flavor harnesses that quality perfectly. It’s surprisingly creamy even without the inclusion of dairy. Stop by for a refreshing treat!
