If you want to experience traditional Korean flavors with a modern twist, Dokkaebi Bangatgan (도깨비방앗간) is an absolute must-visit in Busan. Rice Bingsu (Rice Shaved Ice): Incredibly refreshing! The texture of the shaved ice was perfectly fluffy, and the subtle sweetness of the rice flavor was uniquely delicious without being overpowering. Ssanghwa-cha (Traditional Herbal Tea): This was deeply comforting. It’s a rich, deep herbal tea packed with traditional ingredients like nuts and jujubes. It felt incredibly healthy and warming. Rice Cake & Yakgwa Set: The perfect accompaniment to our drinks. The rice cakes were delightfully chewy, and the yakgwa (traditional honey pastry) had just the right amount of sweetness and a wonderful texture. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
