At Dongmyeong Restaurant, the main dishes are oysters and bunches. I was worried that the jjamppong soup might splatter on my white clothes, so I asked for an apron, and was given a disposable apron. I ordered Jjambbong, and cabbage kimchi was also provided. Jjambbong 8,000 won Jjamppong full of fiery taste that can be conveyed through the smell! At Dongmyeong Restaurant, you can choose your noodles. Since this is my first visit, the medium-sized noodles are thin, so are you using thin noodles here? I inquired The owner said that if you want to eat thick noodles, you can request thick noodles when ordering and he will serve you thick noodles instead of thin noodles. The classic taste of old-fashioned Jjambbong!? So, the soup tastes clean and refreshing without being spicy? I can feel the subtle taste of chicken broth. So, I asked the owner, and he said that he makes the broth with a variety of ingredients and that chicken is also included. I carefully cut the squid. Maybe it's because they cut the tough squid with a knife, It was comfortable to wear and felt good on the neck. It's been a long time since I felt the refreshing taste of old-fashioned Jjamppong, full of sincerity. Jjajangmyeon 7,000 won When I eat Jjajangmyeon, I feel a lot of discomfort in my stomach. After eating Jjajangmyeon at Dongmyeong Restaurant, I didn’t feel much of a stomachache! Also, since the taste of jjajang is not strong, I think that older people will be able to enjoy jjajangmyeon comfortably. Looking at other reviews, I heard they are from overseas Chinese. The restaurant owner was actually Taiwanese. And, the chef in the kitchen was no joke.
