DongBaek Kitchen, meaning camellia kitchen, is a fusion restaurant located near Hanilm, Jeju. About 7 minutes from the downtown Hanlim, the DongBaek Kitchen is located inside a very small village, where all the houses are old Jeju styled. The restaurant is also using an warehouse, which they redesigned the interior. The restaurant offers local ingredients like Jeju black pork or Ttak Shrimp, with Italian bases. The dishes were well balanced for Korean taste, and I really enjoyed it. Price of the foods are quite expensive for an Italian cuisine. And their parking lot entrance is the tightest of all. I understand that they would have to cut down a 100 year old tree to widen that.
